Selling the full Leica range of products, the store is located at 34 Bruton Place, Mayfair situated between Old Bond Street and Berkeley Square, London W1.
Bruton Place is a unique and discreet location surrounded by galleries, restaurants, offices, boutiques and residential properties, and attracts an eclectic mix of visitors. Leica is particularly pleased to be opening here, as the atmosphere is perfect for Leica enthusiasts, professional photographers and new customers alike.
The store is the latest development for the company following the opening of Leica stores in Tokyo, Berlin, Paris and Moscow.
The store is complemented by first floor facilities offering Akademie courses & workshops and includes a small photographic studio.
At the Leica Store Mayfair, they aim to make shopping a pleasure. You’ll find the entire current range of Leica products for digital and film photography, digital projection and sports optics in one of the world’s finest stores. A range of accessories is also available.
Their friendly store team will be on hand to offer help and advice (including refreshments) for all your Leica photographic or optics questions and enquiries.
The Leica Store Mayfair is a different type of store experience. As well as being able to get hands on with all our Sport Optics products they also have presentation facilities for demonstrating the outstanding audio and visual qualities of the new LEICA PRADOVIT D-1200 digital projector.
In our studio, Enthusiasts and Professional users have the opportunity of ‘test driving’ the new S-System digital camera (by appointment).
“We make no apologies for taking inspiration from other pioneering premium retailers, such as Apple in Regent Street or Paul Smith in Covent Garden. We believe that this three-building retail village concept in the heart of Mayfair will provide a complete showcase for our products and services, and a creative environment for our customers. It will also give us the opportunity to host new kinds of events and activities on-site, with Studio-S converting into a versatile space for networking, customer and media events.”
– David Bell, managing director, Leica Camera Ltd
